FOUNDER/CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
Born in Chester, MT, and raised in the Flathead Valley, Heather is an accomplished Human Resources executive with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in complex, multi-site organizations. She is celebrated for her ability to architect people-centric strategies that fuel organizational growth, foster innovation, and build resilient, high-performing teams. Heather’s leadership has been pivotal in transforming HR operations, optimizing processes, and inspiring a culture rooted in engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Heather’s expertise includes strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession management, employee relations, labor law compliance, performance management, compensation and benefits design, HRIS implementation, and safety program administration. She is known for designing innovative employee development and recognition programs, such as employee appreciation initiatives, furthering education, community involvement, and tuition reimbursement, which have delivered measurable improvements in employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
A trusted advisor to senior leaders, Heather partners closely with executive teams to align HR strategy with business goals during periods of rapid expansion and change. She leads successful organizational redesign efforts, has managed all aspects of onboarding, training, recruitment, and regulatory compliance, and has spearheaded many organization-wide projects that elevated operational efficiency and enhanced the employee experience.
Heather’s academic background includes advanced coursework in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School. She holds an OSHA30 certification and has received prestigious awards for Visionary Guidance, Leadership, and Commitment for her outstanding industry contributions.
In addition to her role as a Human Resources professional, Heather served as President of the American Rental Association of Montana, where she drove significant membership growth and orchestrated impactful annual events connecting industry leaders with policymakers and resources for training and education. Her commitment to community extends to volunteer service and board leadership in several local and industry organizations.
